Well what fun i have been having.
It was a bit brave I know, but having owned the fronty for just under two weeks, we decided to use it to pull a 21 foot (including A Frame) caravan 100 miles to bridge Water.
Well What can i say, What a beautiful tow machine,
Just a shame about the geneal reliability.
Having set up the caravan, we set up on a few day trips, Minehead here we come….
Then i notice a funny bearing style sqweak from under the bonnet. So pull over in the middle of nowhere, and investigate the problem while listening to everyone in the car shouting “Can you fix it ?”
To cut out all the dross, worked out the top fan belt pulley had failed. However in the process of the investgation discovered the oil pressure switch was broke (open circuit) ….. AARRGHH
Then to make it worse i have left the warrenty paper work at home…..
Quick Visit to Vauxhall Dealer in Taunton and ??65 all fixed
