Got this cheeky email from my bank

the wife has just recieved a letter (they dont have her email address) saying
“we have noticed you have opted not to recieve any information about BANKNAME products, we are writing to ask yoiu for yoiu permission to send yoiu this information”

What part of don’t send me crap do they not understand !!!!!!!!
